Amanda Vega - President and CEO 
Amanda began work in the Internet industry in 1990 with Prodigy and AOL helping integrate the Web into everyday life for home users. Mrs. Vega has experience in all forms of interactive media and has managed over $22 Million/year in online media placement. She worked with top Web development agencies SiteLab and Interactivate as a project manager on site development and promotion for such clients as the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Padres, San Diego Workforce Partnership, and the California Avocado Commission. 

Justin Vega M.D. - Vice President
Justin Vega has bridged the gap between technology and medicine in more ways than one. Justin is a graduate of Brown University and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He has worked with clients such as Medscape, iVillage, and the Eli Lilly corporation to help develop and maintain their place on the Web. Justin works with Adfecta in a consultant capacity, overseeing all research for health-related sites, as well as with our clients that are in need of hardware updates. Dr. Vega has been building computers for over 12 years now, and keeps apprised of all emerging technologies. He also works in the medical field bridging the gap between traditional medicine and alternative medicines such as chiropracty.

John Pretti - Lead Developer
John has been involved in the Internet in many capacities since 1993 when he ran chat rooms and bulletin boards. Mr. Pretti is also a certified Web developer and is well versed in HTML, Java, PHP and Perl. He has worked with companies such as Cybercon in the past helping clients with Web hosting and networking needs. John joined Adfecta in 1999 as a consultant to smaller companies that are in their primary stages of Web integration.

Mrs. Peyton has been working on the Net since 1992, when she served as a chat moderator for Prodigy. Kelly is Adfecta's resident email expert, and has dealt with millions of pieces of opt-in over the last year alone. Kelly specializes in real estate related clients and has worked in that industry for over nine years, helping real estate brokers, homeowners, insurance agents, and related personnel integrate their businesses onto the Web and make the most of their marketing dollars. 

Kelly Peterson - Head Project Manager
Kelly Peterson is an invaluable resource to Adfecta clients in many capacities. As well as serving as a head Project Manager, she also works as Chief Editor on many ezines and newsletters…(see that English degree did come in handy!) Kelly has worked with clients such as the Center for Applied Competitive Technologies, MedUnite, eCloser, and Microskills. If you need any kind of organization added to your company, Kelly is your girl. She's also worked with the Del Mar Fairgrounds coordinating and running special events such as the races.

Lee Douglas - Business Development
Lee Douglas works as one of our business development partners. Lee spent the last two years working for the CBS site, StoreRunner. His efforts include affiliate marketing, interactive media planning and placement, extensive research for e-commerce endeavors, and project management. Lee covers project management for most of our West Coast clients.

FrontEdgeSolutions focuses on Web design, Web hosting, and Internet connectivity. Creating an effective Web site is one of the most important things you can do for your business, but not everyone has the time or talent required to handle building a Web site on their own. Adfecta contracts FrontEdge's custom Web design team to create and maintain a professional Web site that is functional and effective for our applicable clients. We also use them for some hosting solutions and database programming.
